BAM Enterprises, Inc.

  • Developed strategic, comprehensive marketing plans with budget allocation, detailed tactics and timing to achieve business goals for three manufacturing companies.
  • Updated brand identity of a 35-year-old plastic injection molding company with new logo, brand standards, website, collateral and trade show materials, print and digital advertising.
  • Responsible for all marketing activity for a manufacturer of anti-static devices serving several vertical markets (semi-conductor, biomedical laboratories and automotive) including print and digital advertising, collateral material, lead generation, website maintenance/update, social media presence and trade shows.
  • Conducted market research and competitive analysis. 
  • Wrote proposals that resulted in two of the world’s largest distributors of laboratory equipment (Fisher Scientific and VWR) agreeing to carry and promote the client’s product line through their distribution channels. 
  • Established process for identifying prospects and managed program to assist sales team in generating new business through HubSpot, ThomasNet and other B2B resources.
  • Handled all aspects of media placement (negotiated contracts, provided art direction, wrote copy, determined run schedules, worked relationships with media reps to secure feature articles, non-paid coverage and bonus placements).

  • Developed comprehensive marketing plans with budget allocation, detailed tactics and timing to achieve business goals clients in manufacturing, non-profit, healthcare, financial services, technology industries.
  • Produced direct mail campaigns using modeling and database segmentation strategies.

  • Coordinated multiple projects simultaneously from direct mail campaigns and collateral material to print production and media placement.

  • Re-branded firm as it approached its 70th anniversary which involved securing buy-in from 20+ stakeholders.
  • Provided concepts and creative direction for multi-million dollar RFPs.

STAND ADVERTISING, LLC

Operations and Production Manager 

  • Developed quality control standards and wrote company procedures manual.
  • Purchased all third-party services; worked with creative teams to align their designs with production capabilities; coordinated database extracts; ensured adherence to QA standards.
  • Part of the #1 ranked Advertising Agency in Buffalo, and was responsible for the production of award winning marketing materials for Rich Products, Independent Health and other clients.
  • Researched, wrote and participated in new business presentations.

  • Functioned as interim media coordinator, issuing insertion orders and reconciling invoices for print, television and outdoor media placement.

  • Managed all phases of direct marketing campaign for agency’s flagship account: HSBC North America
  • Provided post-campaign analysis for direct mail programs.
  • Led Direct Mail Division support staff - six direct reports consisting of production coordinators and account executives.
  • Developed quality control standards and wrote departmental procedures manual
